The Christian Committee

The Ohio-based Christian Committee says that America must return to God's laws as found in the Bible. According to the group, America faces "the correctness and effectiveness of Divine Judgment."

"The United States was founded by Christians as a Christian nation," their literature states emphatically. "The vast majority of its citizens are Christian." In the same vein, the Christian Committee believes that only Christians should hold public office . The Christian Committee views the Bible as 71% government, and 29% personal.
